Perfect Autumn Dresses

Autumn is right around the corner! Just a few weeks more and we can forget about the beach, summer fruit and cute summer dresses. But when it comes to dressing for autumn, you don’t have to compromise style for the colder weather, oh no. Women's dresses are a great transitional item that works from summer right through autumn and into winter. So whilst we are all sad that summer is going to be over in a bit, it’s not all doom and gloom as you can easily find a perfect autumn dress to wear whilst the seasons change.

Perfect Autumn Dresses

Autumn Dresses

Autumn is maybe my favourite season (second after summer). Not too hot to wear a chic jacket and not so cold that you need to bundle up to go outside (especially in Australia). With that in mind, I have rounded up my picks of the best autumnal dresses that will be perfect additions to your wardrobe. One of my tips? Check out ASOS women's dresses - their new ASOS Design range has got exactly what you're looking for!

The Shirt Dress

Shirt dresses are a casual dresses staple and can be dressed up for a date or dressed down for a casual brunch with the girls. Still holding onto that summer feeling? Pick your perfect autumn dress in a lighter colour or if you are feeling a more wintery vibe, pick a darker colour for your autumn dress. Keep the casual vibe on with a pair of sneakers or ballerinas; try with a pair of high heels for an evening look.

The Knitted Dress

What I love most about knitted dresses is that they're both comfortable and casual. It's really one of my favourite styles to add to my wardrobe, because I know it's great for any occasion. You can pair yours with tights and boots for work or dress it up with some heels and a cute jacket for a dressy dinner.

The Tunic Dress

Another comfortable yet chic option that I'm loving for autumn 2019. Pair your tunic dresses with a beige tote bag or sleek shoulder bag for a daytime look (right on trend). To transform your tunic dress into an evening-worthy look, simply choose a pair of wedge heels and a structured blazer for a nice final touch.
